Refund policy

Refunds and Cancellations

No refund is available for any cakes unless the product is not safe for consumption. Cancellation of orders for custom cakes and Cupcakes must be requested with minimum 5 days notice and for Signature cakes minimum 3 days notice is required for a refund.

To start a refund or cancellation, you can contact us at sweetrecipes331@gmail.com. If your refund is accepted, a refund notification will be sent to your email and funds reflected in your account within 1-2 business days.
